Placed my ordered and paid via the app. After 1 hour 30 mins the food hadn’t arrived. Called to find out what the issue was, only to have a very angry member of staff claim the order had been delivered. He seemed to feel the solution to this issue was to shout, and not to allow me to get a word in. Shockingly awful service and still no refund - I trust this will be resolved
